It's already May 2009. I've been in my full time job for 4 months, my funiture had accumulated enough to require insurance (despite most of it being free from the side of the road) and I'm 46 sleeps off of using up 10 days of my alloted 20 days per year of holiday.
When did that happen? How did I go from sitting on a bus for 24 hours watching the sunrise over various parts of a continent to being in a small windowless office for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week? It sounds worse than it is - it's actually one of the best music therapy jobs in the country, but our current building is windowless.
So much for updating the South American blog in retrospect. By now I've probably bored most of you to tears with punctuating each conversation with "there was this one time in South America". My photos still lay dormant on my USB stick despite constant desire to fund a large printing project.
Inspired by another friend's revival of her blog from the dead, I've decided to do the same - as soon as I dig my film SLR out. Maybe our Zombie blogs can hang out and go on feeding frenzies together...
